How do I report a bug?
Email support@stokt.ai with the device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of the steps to reproduce. Screen recordings or screenshots help us fix issues faster.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a billing question we can help with, reach out and we'll do what we can.
How do I request account or data deletion?
Use the account deletion page or email privacy@stokt.ai from the address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.
What are your support hours?
We respond to every message within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, US business hours). Complex issues may take longer, and we'll keep you updated.
