Request account deletion
If a Stokt product created an account for you, you can request deletion of that account and associated personal data from the email address tied to the account.
Start your request
Send your request to privacy@stokt.ai. Include the app or product name and the email address associated with your account. We may ask for additional information only when needed to verify ownership.

We will acknowledge your request, verify that you control the account, and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or resolving disputes. Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
